Cosmic Tea

Yesterday on our way to the Proms we came across a place called "Ping Pong" in Marylebone serving dim sum, where jasmine tea is served as a complete dried jasmine flower head that is floated in boiling water and infuses in the glass, expanding before your eyes flower and all. Looks and tastes fantastic.

The Prom season is brilliant, nothing like it or even close around the world. Last night was Marcus Roberts Trio playing some Gershwin. The RAH always reminds of Brownie and the Pro Cricket Awards some years back when strategic knowledge of the stairways gained from Doug's promming allowed access to the event proper :-)
